What is Get Active Lanarkshire?
The Get Active Lanarkshire campaign is aiming to encourage Lanarkshire residents, businesses, organisations, clubs and schools to get more active, more often as part of Lanarkshire's Commonwealth Games legacy.
Get Active Lanarkshire will aim to promote a wide variety of physical activity opportunities which are available across Lanarkshire ranging from the latest fitness trends that can be accessed at local leisure facilities, sports clubs you can join, how to be more active at work and lots of links to local events that will get you walking.
The benefits of having an active lifestyle have a positive effect on everyone's health and even a little activity can make a difference.
Commit to get more active, more often and complete the physical activity pledge now!
